your event |

You will be
asked to indicate whether this event occurs (1) on one day
or on a series of dates, (2) weekly on a recurring basis, or
(3) monthly on a recurring basis.
Examples:
(1) A concert is scheduled for April
4 (single date) or April 3, 4, 5, 10, 11 and 12
(series of specific dates).
(2) Choir rehearsal is scheduled for every Wednesday (indefinitely); or
for each Tuesday and Thursday from October 1 through December
23 (a specific period).
(3) Group guitar lessons are scheduled for the first
and third Mondays of each month; or for the second
Wednesday of each month during November. |

Submit information as early as possible |

It's best to get
information to us at least a month prior to the event. We
will normally get information posted within 3-5 days of
receipt; but we can make no guarantees. |

Check accuracy of your information |

Before sending
your information, check it over very carefully to
make sure everything is correct. Then, when the
information is posted (we'll e-mail you when it goes on
line), please check it carefully and advise us immediately
of any changes that need to be made.
If your information changes while the posting is
running, let us know and we'll make the change as soon as
possible. |
